  The case management services here are unprofessional, not dedicated to their clients, and the case manager I was assigned to had more personal problems than I was going through at the time, which my issues were not taken in with empathy nor were they prioritorized the way they should've been. I would not recommend this association to anyone even at difficult and desperate times.
