  Update...Got my ppd from current job...Michael Marro is the moron who did not input my information in the computer. It is negligence and fraud. Ms. McCoy you are an IDIOT for hiring Michael Marro and not doing your job. I am filing a complaint with the state today with that document. Go f---yourselves...oh wait, you already did that by not doing your job and trying to extort money for repeat services that were already rendered. Dr. Michael Marro, I am making sure you are investigated because I am sure I am not the only person you were careless and irresponsible with filing and reporting medical documentation correctly. Oh, I will be rating and reviewing you every god damn day warning people not to seek medical services from the dumbasses I said.
